Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Upper Gwynedd Township, PA, is hiring a Part-time Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled). You will repair and maintain the physical structures of commercial and residential buildings and complete work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.

This role supports the preventative maintenance schedule and requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings.
• Complete assigned work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
