Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) for a part-time role in Lansdale. The position involves repairing and maintaining the physical structures of commercial and residential buildings, completing work orders, and supporting the preventative maintenance schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of technical maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing/carpentry/HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings.
• Complete assigned work orders.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
