Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate current or potential issues within the territory and offer resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage; assist with documentation for insurance/billing.
