Qualifications

• 1–2 years mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within the Nursing Home/LTACH market.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and proper tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Documentation: time worked, mileage, and assist with insurance/billing requests.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
