Principle Health Systems in Poplar Bluff, MO is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. The role involves drawing patient samples at assigned facilities, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality service on routed schedules.

Candidates should have 1–2 years mobile phlebotomy experience, strong venipuncture skills, and a valid driver’s license; flexible to nights and weekends; benefits offered.

Formación

• 1-2 years mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within the Nursing Home/LTACH market.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and understanding of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently resolve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for drawing all patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate any current or potential customer issues within the assigned territory, offering suggestions for resolution.
• Serve as a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable face of PHS laboratory services.
• Address all service concerns and respond promptly to requests from staff and facilities.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage.
• Assist with correction and missing information requests from Insurance and Billing teams.
• Ensure proper documentation for sample collection and reporting.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
