Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and tube/draw requirements.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate current or potential customer issues within the territory and offer resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage; assist with insurance/billing data requests.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
