The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, strong venipuncture skills, and reliable transportation. Must be flexible for nights and weekends; full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within Nursing Home/LTACH markets.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and knowledge of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties as needed.
• Maintain regular contact with facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate any customer issues within the territory and propose solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage; assist with information requests from Insurance/Billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
