Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to service client facilities, primarily nursing homes, on Fri–Sun evenings. The role requires state phlebotomy licensing (where required), a valid driver's license, and expertise in venipuncture.

• Must hold a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Must have a current, valid State Driver’s license; car insurance; good driving record; vehicle in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by dispatcher.
• Collect samples at patient bedside following physician orders; identify patient accurately.
• Label, process, and deliver specimens; reload equipment for next route.
• Communicate status and location to dispatcher; maintain records as instructed.
• Maintain universal precautions and sterile work environment; report unsafe conditions and stock levels.
• Follow specimen preservation, patient prep, and specimen management procedures.
• Adhere to required documents and approved instructions; handle overtime as needed.
