Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Keene, NH seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our mobile outpatient therapy team serving assisted living, independent living, and community-based patients.

You will provide patient-centered OT services, assess needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary rehab team. We offer mentorship for new grads, continuing education, and a flexible schedule with full support for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license in NH or be eligible for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adheres to department and patient treatment schedules, and completes timely documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to develop patient-specific programs and activities.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Maintains and reports needs for equipment repair.
• Provides patient-centered care and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Performs OT interventions targeting cognitive skills, strength, endurance, mobility, balance, ADLs, and safety.
