Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy ACOTE-accredited.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid, unrestricted occupational therapy license as required in the practicing state.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in the home or in a community setting for older adults.
• Supervise OTAs, temporary licensees, students and support staff per state rules.
• Maintain adherence to schedules, documentation, and meetings.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Assess patients, set goals, implement therapy, and document progress.
