Qualifications

• Administrative duties across production workflow including scheduling, communications, costumes, props, sets, copying, and rehearsal/performances setup and breakdown.
• Ability to attend all technical rehearsals and performances.
• Flexibility to assist with rehearsals and production tasks as needed, with schedules coordinated by the Theater Director.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all administrative duties involved in production including scheduling, communications, costumes, props, set, copying, and setting up and breaking down rehearsals and performances.
• Attends all technical rehearsals and performances.
• Available for most rehearsals — March–May; exact schedule determined with the Theater Director.
• Must attend all rehearsals in May; final production calendar drafted with guidance from the Theatre Director.
