Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a part-time temporary associate to support store merchandising and product operations, ensuring an organized and engaging shopping experience. You will help manage merchandise from receipt through presentation while welcoming customers on the selling floor.

This role requires a flexible retail schedule, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, climb ladders as needed, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandise tasks including floor presentation, event organization, markdowns, vendor returns, reticketing, replenishment, and damage processing.
• Maintain organized and accessible back-of-house stockrooms.
• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
