The Brobston Group is seeking a Merchandising Support Associate to help create a neat, clean, and engaging shopping experience in our Palo Alto store. You will support merchandise presentation and help move products throughout the store.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with the stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Handle merchandise tasks, including floor placement, event organization, markdowns, returns, re-ticketing, replenishment, and damage processing.
• Help maintain organized product presentation and back-of-house stockrooms.
