Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a detail-oriented Support Associate to help maintain an elevated store environment through merchandise handling, daily administrative tasks, and reliable order follow-up. You will support client advisors, process special orders, and assist with events to ensure seamless shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to shift focus.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests.
• Support special events, Made to Measure events, and trunk shows; process and reconcile invoices and client orders.
• Receive and check in merchandise, including ticketing and backstock organization.
• Place merchandise according to direction and department standards, and adjust placements as business priorities change.
• Process damages, reticketing, out-of-stocks, returns to vendor, markdowns, and product moves.
• Maintain daily reports and SPIFF entries, check receipts, and support department and stockroom controls.
