Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Merchandising Support Associate to help drive sales by efficiently processing merchandise and maintaining stockroom standards. You will prep incoming shipments for the selling floor and ensure store presentation aligns with company guidelines.

You will receive, tag, price, and place merchandise on the floor, manage receipts and dispatches, and keep the stockroom clean and organized while maximizing space.

Qualifications

• No experience required; high school diploma or equivalent encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Basic math skills and good organizational abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, tag, ticket, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Process merchandise and receipts/dispatches, including recording trailer deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean stockroom while maximizing available space.
• Place merchandise on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards, and confirm customer-facing signage is complete.
• Complete price changes, damage and salvage processing, and returns to vendors.
• Follow asset protection and operational procedures, and support team members in providing a positive customer experience.
