Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Outlet Team Associate to engage customers and support store profitability through merchandising tasks. You will provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining an organized, easy-to-shop environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers on the floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms, processing sales and returns, pricing and labeling merchandise, and keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized and secure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedural documents.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Price, tag, ticket, handle, and process merchandise.
• Recover and organize the sales floor and stockroom, and help protect company assets.
