Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager for the St. Charles store.

You will drive merchandising and operational execution, oversee truck unloading, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and in-store presentation to company standards. You'll manage workload planning, inventory routines, and Ship from Store fulfillment while coaching team members and maintaining loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management experience.
• Experience with planogram execution and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, integrity and stock movement.
• Run Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train, coach and develop team; support asset protection.
