Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Towson, MD is seeking a Part Time Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and daily store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment, while leading workload planning, staffing alignment, and team coaching to execute in-stock and merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company program implementation.
• Execute truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
