Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to manage in-store inventory and merchandising.
• Strong in floor leadership and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage Ship from Store, returns, and RTV/ASN processes.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold store policies.
