• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute planogram (POG) sets and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and replenishment; support Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Manage price changes and promotional signage.
• Train and coach team members on TM onboarding.
• Participate in asset protection and shrink reduction.
