Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution and store readiness. You will lead truck processes, inventory routines, planogram adherence, and visual standards while partnering with store leadership to align staffing and tasks.

Responsibilities include pricing accuracy, timely promotional execution, ship-from-store fulfillment, RTV/ASN handling, and maintaining in-stock levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience required.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills essential.
• Proficiency in store merchandising standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Maintain pricing integrity and timely promotional execution across the store.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes with accuracy.
• Provide MOD coverage and develop team through coaching and onboarding.
