Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and flow of merchandise
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and shrink reduction
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement
• Complete price changes accurately and on time
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink
