Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager in Bel Air, MD. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.

Join a fast-paced environment supporting a customer-ready store and leading a team through SOPs, staffing alignment, and daily task prioritization. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and floor replenishment.
• Oversee planograms, visual standards and product presentation.
• Maintain in-stock levels via Store-In-Stock Optimisation (SISO).
• Manage pricing changes and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction through training.
