• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotion execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
