Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and planogram compliance.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processing, and pricing changes.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
