Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized store environment and backroom management.
• Manage inventory control, stock movements, and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members in assigned departments.
