Job summary

Michaels Stores in Vienna, VA seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including pricing, promotions, and in-store standards. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong planning, and collaboration with store leadership to meet business needs.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing and execution.
Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Process RTVs and ASN receiving, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper inventory adjustments.
Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
