Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and store readiness.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Coordinate workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
