Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will merchandise approved products following planograms while communicating with store management and cross-functional partners.

Training is provided and a company cell phone is provided. The role requires strong communication, reliable performance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the schedule from 1pm to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail or similar settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with store personnel and customers.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas and maintains shelves.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted and rotates merchandisers.
• Maintains back room organization and coordinates with vendors and stores.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
