Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms. This role requires safe handling, effective communication with store management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will move products from backrooms to displays, set up point-of-sale materials, and maintain organized back rooms while building strong relationships with store personnel. Lift up to 50 lbs; fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor; handles returns and damaged goods.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and pricing discussions.
