Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple accounts. You will follow planograms, move products from backrooms to shelves, and create POS materials while maintaining strong communication with store management.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to meet the needs of diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products; coordinates with vendors.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products, managing returns and damaged items.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing, and new opportunities.
