Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will merchandise products, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and the ability to work Thursday through Monday in a fast-paced environment. Company-provided cell phone and on-site work are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, listening and writing abilities.
• Prior customer service experience in retail is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted and rotates Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products and returns/ damaged items.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel and follow up on requests and opportunities.
