Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer locations and maintain multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products. This role requires following planograms, safe handling, and communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

You will rotate stock, set up displays, and build strong relationships with store personnel while meeting program requirements and maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Willingness to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Company-provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operation
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages pallets and damaged/out-of-date stock
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive discussions about pricing, programs, opportunities
