Responsibilities include merchandising, rotating stock, and following planograms while coordinating with store management and cross-functional teams. The role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Has strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted.
• Organizes back room by stacking products and managing stock.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups.
