Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, coordinating shelf layouts, restocking, and maintaining inventory of Hallmark products.

You will travel between assigned stores, engage with store teams, support seasonal resets and installations, and be the face of Hallmark in your markets. The role emphasizes independence, organization, and timely execution.

Starting pay $13.00-$14.00 per hour, with paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a handheld device to read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocating card departments ahead of remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories.
