Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams, optimize product placement, and manage inventory while representing the Hallmark brand on the floor. You’ll perform seasonal resets, installations, and inventory support across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers, with a flexible 8–10 hour weekly schedule and training provided.

This role involves independent work, strong time-management, and building relationships with store staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a provided mobile device.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays with possible weekend work.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate sections, and participate in remodels with two weeks notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in their territories as needed.
