Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work in retail stores, stocking Hallmark products, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory while building relationships with store teams. You will travel to assigned stores using a company-provided device and schedule.

The role emphasizes seasonal resets, installations, and collaboration with store staff. Availability around holidays and variable weekly hours (8-10) is required, with pay starting at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and paid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in assigned stores using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising tasks.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays with potential weekend work.
• Department resets: participate in installations, fixtures, and resets; two weeks notice for remodels; some evenings or weekends may be required.
• One Team Vision: collaborate across a network of merchandisers to support colleagues in other territories.
