Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, coordinating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory. You will stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, with additional duties during holidays and department resets.

Availability during major holidays and weekends may be required. The role includes a mobile device-based workflow, seasonal resets, and collaboration with other merchandisers across territories.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within the department and store per day.
• Support holiday periods with extended hours and special events.
• Assist with installations, fixtures, and resets as part of department changes.
• Collaborate with store teams and Hallmark field organization to ensure consistent in-store presentation.
