Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work in various retail stores across the United States. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, collaborating with store teams to ensure appealing displays and accurate inventory.

The role is part-time with a variable schedule, typically 10–13 hours per week, and pays between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour. Training is provided, and benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around holidays including weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and fixture changes, relocations, and resets two weeks in advance when notified.
