Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores in our network. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, engaging with store teams to optimize displays and inventory.

The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend availability around holidays, and the ability to travel between assigned stores. You'll operate a handheld device for inventory tasks, support seasonal resets, and work as part of a larger team to maintain Hallmark product presentation.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and move for extended periods in retail environments.
• Strong communication with store teams and customers.
• Able to lift and move stock as needed (unspecified weight).
• Comfort with using a handheld device for inventory and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours and extra shifts around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with fixture installations and card section resets; notice given two weeks prior.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to cover territories as needed.
