Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking an energetic Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, building retailer relationships, stocking shelves, and optimizing product placement. You will collaborate with store teams to maintain inventory and support seasonal resets.

This part-time role offers a pay rate of $16.50–$18.50 per hour, with a typical 15–17 hour workweek, optional benefits, and opportunities for holiday and install support.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Use a mobile device to report time, communicate with your supervisor, and conduct merchandising activities.
• Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Support seasonal changes, with extended hours around holidays.
• Install fixtures and reset card sections, often as part of a team.
• Ensure the Hallmark product displays are maintained at assigned stores.
