Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Reliable internet for updates and training.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for shifts.
• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned routes, merchandise and organize product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and manage backstock.
• Maintain an organized backroom and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage time effectively.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixtures, or product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
