Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activities.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain backroom areas and inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions or concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product assembly as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
