Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently across multiple Napa area retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods and more. You’ll need strong organization and time-management skills to service stores on your assigned route.

Weekly hours average 10, with potential increases around holidays and the possibility of up to 20 hours per week. Training is provided, and there is a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Independent work on assigned retail routes.
• Display and maintain inventory levels in greeting card departments and related categories.
• Provide timely communication with management regarding service or schedule questions.
• Availability for flexible hours during peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing orders.
• Display products effectively within stores and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with store management about schedules and issues as they arise.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
