Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, ensuring inventory levels, and assisting with seasonal resets and installations.

You will collaborate with store teams, manage product displays, and engage customers professionally. The role requires 12–14 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $17.00–$19.00 per hour and paid training; voluntary benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work in Hallmark department at various retail stores, restock, organize, and monitor inventory.
• Support holiday-related shifts, extended hours, and weekend work as needed.
• Assist with department resets, fixture installations, and store re-organization, often with two weeks’ notice.
• Collaborate with store teams and be the face of Hallmark in the field.
