Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in various retail locations, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory levels. You will collaborate with local store teams and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

Starting pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with paid training provided and voluntary benefits for part-time employees. Typical schedule is 10–15 hours per week with some weekend availability around holidays.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: longer hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, remodeling, and relocating card sections.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers in the field to support territories.
