Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time merchandiser to support in-store Hallmark departments across retailers. You will restock, organize, and monitor inventory with a handheld device, ensuring display accuracy and customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work 11–15 hours weekly, including some weekends and holiday periods. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Provide professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers and ensure Hallmark displays are complete.
• Support holiday periods with extended hours and additional days as needed.
• Assist with department resets, fixtures installation, and store-wide merchandising tasks as scheduled.
