Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing product placement, inventory, and store relationships. You will handle day-to-day stocking, resets, and seasonal installations while ensuring excellent customer interactions.

Starting pay is $15.50-$17.50 per hour, with paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time staff. Typical weekly hours are 13–15, with flexibility around major holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in stores.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory work.
• Engage with store teams and customers in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other merchandisers within the Hallmark field network.
