Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to represent the brand in assigned Charleston, WV stores. You will visit locations, stock shelves, and set up promotional displays to align with plans.

The role requires a positive, professional attitude, independence, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You’ll travel locally and work on Mon, Thu, and Sat schedules with guidance from the Retail Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and ability to drive a personal vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Charleston, WV.
• Schedule includes Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
• Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Charleston, WV
• Schedule availability required: Monday | Thursday | Saturday
