Job summary

Mondelēz in Newton, IA seeks a part-time in-store merchandiser to support promotions and product placement at local retailers. You\'ll act as the face of Mondelēz, providing exceptional service to store teams and shoppers while ensuring displays and stock meet brand standards.

You will perform store visits with DSD merchandising principles, capture photos, and communicate insights to the Retail Territory Manager via Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver\'s license for the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Live within 25 miles of Newton, IA.
• Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday; start by 6 am; 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.

• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce.
• Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull product from stockrooms to store floors.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Newton, IA)
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday; start by 6 am, 10-15 hours per week
